Support And Billing

For account, expense, AI parsing, subscription, refund, or “paid but no Premium” issues, email support@hipposplit.com. See our Support page for what to include so we can investigate without going back and forth.

Privacy And Data Requests

For data export, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests under our Privacy Policy, email support@hipposplit.com from the address linked to your HippoSplit account. We may verify your identity before completing the request.

Security

If you believe you’ve found a security issue or unauthorized account access, email support@hipposplit.com with “Security” in the subject line. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue, but do not include sensitive data unless we ask for it through a secure channel.
